pastel sticks which resemble chalks in appearance.
The soft pastels are made up of pure ground colour with a
little binder added to keep the colour together in the stick.
The pastels are excellent for pastel portraits enabling
subtle shading techniques and because of the high
content of pigment, the colours last longer than with any
other medium.
